Independent Sales Contractor

Purpose: To expand the market available to WebAxxess for our technology solutions and services without incurring additional management responsibilities. Through the use of Independent Sales Contractors, WebAxxess will concentrate efforts in the areas of development and operations.

Goals: WebAxxess seeks qualified representation in key metropolitan areas to generate $20,000.00 or more targeted gross volume per month in billable services. The Independent Sales Contractor will solicit clients, execute accounts, assist clients in identifying service and design options, and generally maintaining the relationship between clients and WebAxxess.

Compensation: To attract and retain quality Independent Sales Contractors, WebAxxess has developed a generous Compensation Plan based on a graduated scale, allowing successful performers to earn an exceptional income:
Monthly Volume Commission
All Commissionable Services:   20%
Bonuses: > $20,000.00 +5%
> $24,000.00 +1%
> $28,000.00 +1%
> $32,000.00 +1%
> $40,000.00 +1%
> $50,000.00 +1%

Process:
The Sales Process for WebAxxess projects will usually involve several of the following steps, depending on the type and complexity of the solution being sold:
  • Prospect and Solicit New Clients

  • Initial Consultation

  • System Assessment

  • Initial Development Proposal

  • Execute Service Agreements

  • Maintain Client Contact through Development Process

  • Ongoing Account Maintenance during Contract Term

Required
Qualifications:

To qualify as a WebAxxess Independent Sales Contractor, candidates should meet the following requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ Years in a Commissioned Sales Position
    One year or more in related technical field preferred.

  • Basic Understanding of Internet Technologies
    At least, candidates must be familiar with using email and the World Wide Web, with preference given to those with a more thorough understanding of the Internet and software development processes.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    Multi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

  • Reliable Transportation
    In order to be successful, candidates will need to regularly meet with prospective clients to review service needs and negotiate the sale. Furthermore, not less than once per year nor more than quarterly, WebAxxess may hold required sales meetings regionally or at its Oroville headquarters.

  • Office / Work Space with Dedicated Phone Line
    Home offices and workspaces are acceptable, but a separate phone line to handle business calls is required. You must be available at 7:00 AM every Monday for a weekly sales force conference call.

  • Windows Computer and Printer with Internet Access
    WebAxxess communicates with its Independent Sales Contractors primarily via email. Additionally, all sales materials and business updates are provided through our Web Site, with service orders placed online. To accommodate these requirements, the Independent Sales Contractor must have at minimum a Windows-based computer with Internet access and a printer, preferably a laser printer.
